Methodology

Brique Deal Radar scores property research cues from 1 to 100 using public-record completeness, location relevance, investor relevance, source quality, and recency.

Score inputs

Data completeness, lot size, zoning usefulness, underused land signals, owner/entity patterns, tax or assessment clues, permit or nearby activity, location relevance, investor relevance, source quality, and date last verified.

Score labels

  • 80-100: Strong watchlist candidate
  • 60-79: Worth reviewing
  • 40-59: Needs more verification
  • Below 40: Low confidence / archive candidate

Source policy

The platform prioritizes county property records, assessor data, GIS parcel data, county tax records, City of Atlanta permit data, zoning research tools, land records, owner/entity records, and public government portals.

What the score does not mean

A score is not a valuation, appraisal, legal conclusion, zoning opinion, development approval, title review, engineering review, environmental review, investment recommendation, or guarantee that a property is available.
