Information collected
The platform may collect email addresses, names, phone numbers, investment goals, target areas, budget ranges, funding status, property type, timeline, notes, download activity, and technical metadata needed to reduce abuse.
How information is used
Information is used to provide weekly property intelligence, deliver sample downloads, respond to investor consultation requests, improve the platform, and prepare future CRM or email integrations.
Future integrations
Email and CRM options may include Mailchimp, Brevo, ConvertKit, Resend, or a customer relationship management system. Until configured, submissions are stored in Cloudflare D1.
Security
Secrets should be stored in environment variables or managed services, not committed to the repository. The platform avoids storing plaintext IP addresses and does not intentionally collect payment data in phase one.
